Sail with us along the pearls of the Baltic States.
Description
The ports of the Baltic States Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have been widely opened to sailing since their independence.
From Warnemünde we sail via Bornholm to Gdansk, a pearl of the Baltic Sea. During a stroll through the lovingly restored old town we see the Long Market, the City Hall and the Crane Gate, the symbol of Gdansk. The venerable Hanseatic city will inspire us.
Continue to the Curonian Lagoon, a unique landscape with the up to 80 meter high sand dunes of the Curonian Spit. About Juodkrante, the former center of amber mining, we sail to Nida, with the Amber Museum, the Thomas Mann House and the Great Dune.
Klaipeda, Lithuania’s trading port, we enjoy during a long city tour. Everywhere in the city you can see how the inhabitants love, care and nurture their Klaipeda.
Riga and Tallinn, cities full of youth and joie de vivre show us modern cities in beautiful historical garb.
